I created this site to share some of the places that I have visited and experiences I’ve had over the years as I’ve traveled to different parts of the world.

I have always found it useful to receive recommendations from friends about places to go rather than looking through the local tourist publications. There are always so many things to do and places to go that aren’t advertised that well and, in some cases, not at all. The locals may know but unless you talk to the locals, you may not know.  I am a very planned traveler and try to maximise the time I spend in a location. I will only post experiences that I really enjoyed and will not provide any negative experiences or comments.

This site is all about my recommendations.  Each post will be based on the experience I had at that time. I understand that things change as time goes by but, if you do try some of my recommendations, my hope is that you like them too.
